I'm saddened to hear the news of your mom's death. I have fond memories of her, Irene, and Mrs. Macalka working together at family gatherings. They all were just kind-hearted ladies who cared so much for their families and neighbor. Your mom's kindness to me as a young girl will forever be in my heart. I've learned so much from each of these ladies as how to love and care for family and live a Catholic faith. May Christ in his generous mercy grace your days ahead and may Our Lady bless your families with the hope and love of eternity her Son now gives to your mom.

So very sorry to hear of your mothers passing. I have fond memories of Marie. Although they were from many years ago, what I remember most was how hard she worked and her ability to say what was on her mind. So glad she lived a long life and you had her with you for so long. Sending hugs and prayers.
