Lance and I were best friends from kindergarten through high school, We tried to get together at high school reunions, just missing each other, I was looking forward to the 55th. I have not seen Lance for over 50 years. We were always competing with each other, making each of us very strong. We competed in spelling bees, taking turns winning. Patty Saladino was always in the mix.

Just hearing about Lance. My Prayers & Condolences for the Domke family. I was very little but remember the whole Domke Family. My Oldest Brother Steven Smith was Best Friends with Lance.

Crystal and family, we are so sorry for your loss. I (Pat) went to school from Kindergarten at Douglas Grade School through Class of 1964 at SHS. He lived down the street from me on Reynolds. Lance always beat me in Spelling bees and quizzes at school...we'd laugh about it later. He was a wonderful person and friend, and will be missed by all of those who knew him. R.I.P., Lance!!

Everyone at Krueger was so sad to learn of Lance's passing. He was a treasured and passionate man and tutor here. He touched many lives and made a huge impact at our school. He will be missed.

I was so sorry to read about Lance's passing. Wally and I were very fond of him. He was such a nice guy. He worked with my dad at Lester B. Knight in Chicago many years ago. Lance will be missed by those of us who knew him at the club.
