Dearest Dianne & Family,
So many fond memories of hanging out with you & your family when I first moved to LaPorte. We ruffled Yvonne's feathers once or twice but we also had so much fun with her. She was the kindest woman I have ever met! Always putting her family first. She always thanked me for taking care of you, Dianne. And i should be thanking her for having a beautiful daughter, you are one of my dearest friends.Loved her wit, she will be missed. Love & Prayers to all.

Dear Cousins,
Nearly 80 years ago, Yvonne and Jessica's world was turned upside down by the second world war. Ironically it was that terrible war that brought Tom and Yvonne together and to Laporte, eventually to be joined by Ted and Jess. They then gave us all a wonderful life together. For Mike and I, your family was the only one we knew for a long time. It was a lovely way to grow up and I feel so lucky to have had your mom as my aunt. Simply put, she was perhaps the kindest person I have every known. Saturday will be very difficult for all of us but I look forward to us all being together again at St Peters.
All my love,
Tony
ps: I posted a little picture of your mom with the second Jessica Whittaker, taken when Yvonne celebrated her 90th birthday.

Patricia & Family,
With sincere sympathy to you. Your mother, grandmother & great-grandmother was an amazing lady. The fact that she spent so much time with children speaks volumes about her. Even later in life when most of us were thinking of retirement at that age. Know we are praying & thinking of each of you.
With Love,
George & Melody Bennett
