Uncle Vic was so kind, hard working and warm hearted. I have some of my best childhood memories with my Hockney cousins and Uncle Vic was always there.

I will always remember my Uncle Vic and his warm sense of humor. He was generous, kind, and a quiet, but much appreciated influence in our family. He was always pleasant and fun to be with. I never knew about his military medals, however I am not surprised to learn that he earned them. I know he will be missed by many.
