Thomas Kuta, Jr.

Thomas Kuta Jr. passed from this earth on May 24, 2016 at St. Anthony Hospital in Michigan City, Indiana.  He was born on June 15, 1936 in LaPorte, Indiana to Thomas Sr. and Carey Kuta.  He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Joseph, Richard, Eugene and Frank Kuta; two sisters, Geraldine Wedow and Helen Pointon.  He is survived by two brothers, Stanley (Millie) Kuta and Edmund (Patricia) Kuta; three sisters, Evelyn Mick, Dolores (William) Dusseau and Ilene (Harry) Pointon all of LaPorte, Indiana; his special friend, Beulah Hannah, her daughter, Cheryl Hannah, and Beulah’s five grandson’s, Andre, Andrew, Matthew, Malcom and Isiah Wright of Michigan City, Indiana; and Tom’s good friend, Tom Jachimiec of Michigan City, Indiana.

Cremation has taken place through Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, ESSLING CHAPEL, in LaPorte, Indiana.

A memorial service for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, ESSLING CHAPEL, 1117 Indiana Ave., LaPorte, Indiana.
