Ruth has been the best neighbor we could have ever asked for. Not only did she keep an eye on our horses for us many times, she was the one who helped when the power lines came down in our yard during an awful storm. With our deepest sympathy.

TOM,
I AM SO SADDEN TO HEAR OF RUTH ANN'S PASSING. I LOST TOUCH WITH HER AFTER SHE MOVED, BUT THOUGHT OF HER OFTEN.. I JUST RECENTLY WAS TELLING ONE MY GRANDDAUGHTERS, WHO MY BEST FRIEND WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL AND SOME OF THE CRAZY THINGS WE DID, THAT FRIEND WAS RUTH ANN. I WAS READING WHAT SHE WROTE IN ONE OF MY YEAR BOOKS, AND SHE SAID "I CAN TRUTHFULLY & AND PROUDLY SAY THAT SUE STEARSMAN IS MY FREIND. LOVE RUTH ANN". DITTO RUTH ANN EVERLY

What a dear sweet person! So sad to hear of her passing. I knew her from St. Peter's Church. Tom and I were in the Folk Choir together and we all would play cards when our families would get together. Ruth always had the best sense of humor and was so much fun to be around. She will leave a lasting memory. May her family be comforted in that we will all see each other again, reunited with loved ones, friends and family. May God strengthen you for the days ahead. Peace be with you. Nancy

One of the nicest people I have ever met. I was honored to be present at Tom and Ruth's marriage and though separated by the miles and the years I always have felt blessed to be considered more than just a cousin, but life long friend. My deepest sympathy.

I worked with Ruth years ago at LPH. She was a very good nurse, and a lot of fun to work with. My sympathy to her family.
