I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. May God almighty, father of tender mercies and all comfort continue to comfort you all (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). How glad we are that God has promised to completely remove death, tears, mourning, outcry and pain (Revelation 21:4). Indeed we all eagerly anticipate the fulfillment of that promise. The Bible also provides assurance of a real hope of resurrection for our dead loved ones in the coming near future (John 5:25). May these promises from God bring you comfort. My deepest sympathy, love ,and prayers go out for each of you during this time of loss. John was a very dear man. He was filled with love and devotion for Laverna each and every moment of the day. I had spent time with the both of them at CKH and in their apartment at the Maria Center. She always came first and foremost. John did come and share his thoughts and concerns with me on many days. We talked, laughed, cried, and prayed together. May John enter in to the eternal home with our God as He welcomes him home with no more physical or mental pain or worry.
