I was so sorry to hear about Jim. He was a great guy and I really enjoyed working with him. He was very talented and dependable in helping out with the fire program. He'll be missed. I offer my sincere condolences to his family, friends, and co-workers.

i'm so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was such a good person. We worked together at the Indiana National Lakeshore, he in maintenance and I in interpretation at Chellberg Farm/Bailly Homestead, where he helped with our festivals and at the farm and in so many ways. He was always dependable and I'm so glad I knew him.

Jim was such a nice man and I enjoyed the time I spent with him. I don't get back to LaPorte County all that often, but always enjoyed seeing him and talking to him.There were four of us Tarnow cousins born close together and he's the 2nd one who's been taken away.
Mary, I am so sorry that I won't be able to come to the funeral. Linda called this morning with the news and it makes me very sad. I want you to know that you (and Jim) are in my thoughts and prayers.

Jimmy was one of the nicest people I have ever met let alone had the honor to work with at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. He always went out of his way to help out in any way that he could and would share his knowledge and love of the national lakeshore with any visitors he came across during his work in the park.
