To Cee Cee's family and friends, please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. Cee Cee was the greatest advocate for children that I have ever met. Whenever she talked about the needs of the youth in our community, she spoke with a passion that you could tell came straight from her heart. Her drive to help the youth of La Porte County is clearly shown by programs like Big Brothers Big Sisters and Teen Court that were established during her time as the Executive Director at the Youth Service Bureau. She truly was one of a kind, and will be greatly missed.

I am truly saddened by the loss of this great friend and neighbor. She judged no one, found the good in everyone and did not hesitate to point out BS when she saw it. She was a good example of a strong, independent women who thought for herself. She passed along these traits to her two kids; they were fortunate to have her as their mom. We will miss her tremendously!

One of the joys of life is having had the experience of knowing and working with Cee Cee. We met in 1987 or 1988 on....a committee of course!! I've never known anyone who knew so many people. What a friendly, warm, bright and funny woman!! Undoubedtly the easiest working relationship ever. Miss you so much.
