Steven Lee Wallen

Steven Lee Wallen, 54, of Michigan City Indiana passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023. He was born on July 21, 1969, in Michigan City to the late Leonard Wallen and Linda Smith of La Porte, Indiana. 

Surviving with his mother is a half brother, Shane Smith and step brother, Joseph Smith of La Porte, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his father and half brothers, Bill Wallen and Scott Smith; and a half sister, Betty Lang. 

Steven graduated in 1987 from Westville High School. He worked as a Casino Director in Florida for 20 years before returning to the area in 2019. 

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Agape Christian Church, 1601 I. Street, La Porte, Indiana.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel in La Porte, Indiana.
