Stanley Mrozinski

Stanley Mrozinski, Jr., 87, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Friday, December 16, 2022.

Stanley was born July 22, 1935, in La Porte, Indiana to the late Stanley F. Mrozinski, Sr. and Mildred Parthun.

On August 15, 1955 Stanley married Joyce Read who preceded him in death on October 24, 1995. In 1998 Stanley married Teresa Poston who survives. Stanley is also survived by sons, Stanley (Sara) Robert Mrozinski and Timothy Wayne Mrozinski; grandchildren; Lisa (Kent) Mynhier and Keagan Mrozinski; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Hailey; a sister, Doris (Winford) Wahlstrum and several nieces and nephews.

Stanley retired in 1993 from Howmet after 28 years. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a member of La Porte New Church, the PRCU, and the American Legion Post 83.  

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 11 a.m. Burial will take place at Pine Lake Cemetery with Military Honors.
