Ruth A. Russell

Ruth A. Russell, 79, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Saturday, July 27, 2024. She was born on January 2, 1945, in La Porte, Indiana to Robert and Emily Russell.

Ruth was a legal assistant for Attorney Steven Kray since 2003 and previously with Attorney John Anderton.

Surviving is a brother, Robert Russell of Rolling Prairie, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Harold and James Russell.

Ruth was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, La Porte.

She was always sharing the good news of God.

Ruth had lived in Austria for 15 years and traveled to many countries. While living in Austria she worked for the United Nations. She was very appreciative of the art culture and museums in Austria.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1205 E. Jefferson Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1205 East Jefferson Avenue. La Porte, Indiana 46350.
