Rosemary “Rosie” Lucille Kerwin, 77 of La Porte, Indiana passed away Sunday, May 11, 2025.

She was born on March 12, 1948 in La Porte, Indiana to Owen and Mildred (Glass) Arndt.

Rosie graduated from North Western Illinois University in Education. She was a Teaching Assistant with Kingsford Heights Elementary School.

Rosie is survived by her son, Adam Kerwin of La Porte; and a brother Paul Arndt. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John; and a sister, Karen Young.

Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 1 PM, Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

A funeral service will begin at 1 PM following the visitation in the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Tracy Cemetery.
