Robert Irvin Stanish

Robert Irvin Stanish, 75, of Rolling Prairie, Indiana passed away Friday, February 23, 2018. He was born on February 18, 1943 in Rolling Prairie to Leo and Loretta (Layman) Stanish. He was a farmer and factory worker. On April 12, 1969, in Terre Coupe, Indiana Robert married Patricia K. Ginter who preceded him in death in 2010.

Robert is survived by a daughter, Sharon Eggleston; sons, Leon (Amy) Stanish, and Robert “Rob” Stanish of Rolling Prairie, Indiana; grandchildren, Donald, Barbara, and Brandon Stanish, and Lauren Eggleston; sisters, Jeanette (Leon) Kosakowski of Michigan City, Indiana, Joan (Jim) Cooreman of New Carlisle; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and a daughter, Barbara Stanish.

Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Monday, February 26, 2018 at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana. Private burial will take place.
