Robert Allen Dobrowolski

Robert Allen Dobrowolski, 49 of La Porte, Indiana passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025 at his home. Robert was born on September 22, 1975 in Valparaiso, Indiana to Robert J. Dobrowolski of La Porte and the late Susan (Smith) Dobrowolski. 

Robert had worked with AJ Plastic, Dwyer Instruments, and the Knute Rockne Toll Plaza in Rolling Prairie.  

Robert is survived by his father, Robert (Sandy Skyllas) Dobrowolski; daughters, Amber Nieves of Indianapolis, Jessica Dobrowolski of La Porte; and a son, Scott Skinner of Tennessee; grandchildren, Sophia & Wyatt; and sisters, Tosha Teadt of La Porte & Victoria Bentley of Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his mother, and a nephew, Robert Garner.

Robert loved fishing and working on vehicles. His children and grandchildren were his everything. Family and friends also held a special place in Robert’s heart.

A Celebration of Robert’s Life will be held at 1 PM Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Park at La Porte Village, 1083 E. State Road 2, La Porte, Indiana.  

Arrangements have been entrusted to Frank L.Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel in La Porte.
