Obituary
Michael McCoy, 76, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022.
Michael was born December 24, 1945, in Pikeville, Kentucky to Samuel and Lora (Blackburn) McCoy.
Michael was a machinist and CNC operator with New York Blower in La Porte. He served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War.
On June 11, 1966, Michael married Andrea Biehl.
Michael is survived by his wife, Andrea McCoy of La Porte; a daughter, Vicki (Darrell) Raney of La Porte; a son, Jeffrey McCoy of Muncie, Indiana; grandchildren, Brittany and Jordan Raney; siblings, Billie Marie Ash of LaPorte, Randall (Vickie) McCoy of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, George (Diane) McCoy of La Porte, Dannie McCoy of Oconto Falls, Wisconsin, Sonny McCoy of Fish Lake, and Jerry (Diana) McCoy of Mill Creek. A brother, Fred McCoy preceded him in death.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, February 4, 2022, at Frank L Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Salem Heights Cemetery.
