Loretta Mae Wilson, 69, of La Porte passed away peacefully with her family around her on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Franciscan Health in Michigan City. She was born March 22, 1951 in La Porte to Emerson (Sam) and Mary (McIntosh) Wilson.
Loretta worked at Joy Manufacturing, Teledyne Castings, and La Porte Savings Bank where she missed seeing her dear friends and coworkers. She was a life member of the Polish Falcons Nest 564. She loved helping others before herself.
Surviving is her lifetime beloved, Dan Klonaski of La Porte; nieces, Tami (Stephen “Butch”) Nedza, Jennifer (Joe) Layman both of La Porte; a great niece, Brianna Brown’ a great nephew, Ryan Freese; and great great-nieces, Gracelynn, Faith, and Pyper.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Virginia (Ginny) Wilson Dickson; step-father, Kasimir “Kasey” Ryznar; a nephew, Kenneth Dickson Jr.; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Pine Lake Cemetery. Pastor Bob Vale will officiate. Arrangements have been entrusted to, Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel in La Porte.
