John Michael Hebb

John Michael Hebb, 61, of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025.

John was born February 1, 1964, in Glendale Heights, Illinois to the late Vernon and Shirley (Bogart) Hebb.

John is survived by two sons, Christopher Hebb of Indianapolis, Indiana and Michael Hebb of Indianapolis, Indiana; two sisters, Debra (Tom Swirski) Moffitt of Michigan City, Indiana and Karen “Sue” (Tim) Yussum of La Porte, Indiana; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Anthony Hebb.

John held a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Valparaiso University. He had worked in retail sales. John was an avid Chicago Cubs & Bears fan and loved to bowl with his friends. A quick wit, John was always ready to make his family and friends laugh with a joke.

Cremation has taken place.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date by the family.
