Estella J. (Lute) Rosenbaum

Estella J. Rosenbaum, 89 of Wanatah, Indiana passed away Saturday, September 14, 2024.

Estella was born on October 30, 1934 in Hanna, Indiana to Claude and Grace (Cumerford) Lute. She was a homemaker and farmer’s wife.

On January 7, 1956 Estella married Don Rosenbaum who survives with their children, David (Kathryn) Rosenbaum of Plymouth, Indiana, Kevin (Karen Deceased) Rosenbaum of Valparaiso, Indiana, Peggy (Mark) Busse of Hanna, Indiana, Louis Rosenbaum of Wanatah, Indiana, & Mary (Robert) Sullivan of Kalamazoo, Michigan; grandchildren, Ryan (Brooke) Busse, Kristin (Brian) Nendza, Neal (Kylie) Busse, Jennifer (Jim) Flecker, Tim Rosenbaum, Kyle Rosenbaum, Nathan Sullivan, Samuel Sullivan, & Brayden Sullivan; great grandchildren, Haylee, Bryce, Khloe, Brody, Audrey, & Lauren; and sisters-in-law, Connie Lute and Janice (Lute) Semrau.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Patricia, and siblings, Violet (Claude) Kissinger, Gladys (Al) Huhnke, Marian (Lee) Allenstein, Sherman Lute, & Walter Lute.

Visitation will be from 4-7 PM (CST) Friday, September 20, 2024, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

A funeral service will be at 11 AM Saturday, September 21, 2024, at the First Lutheran Church, 15 E. Wheeler Street, Hanna, Indiana, where family and friends may visit from 10 AM until 11 AM prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Hanna Cemetery.
