David W. Jablonski

David W. Dave Jablonski, 67, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Monday, September 14, 2020.

Dave was born August 2, 1953 in La Porte, Indiana to William and Helen (Moryl) Jablonski.

On January 15, 1993 Dave married Pamela S. Kamp who survives.

Dave worked for General Mills as a grocery store representative and he was a manager at Al’s Supermarket in both La Porte and Michigan City.   He was a member of the Polish Falcons in La Porte, PNA (Polish National Alliance), and he was an avid Packers and Cubs fan.

Dave is survived by his wife, Pamela; children, Missy (Mike) Jablonski of South Bend, Indiana, Mandy (Rob) Lower of La Porte, Indiana, Nancy (Justin) Jacobek of Tinley Park, Illinois, Brent (Patsy) Rydzinski of Galien, Michigan, and Brian (Jodi) Rydzinski of Naples, Florida; ten grandchildren, Cayden, Ahvanna, Madelynn, Laila, Reese, Henry, Walter, Neve, Quinlynn, and Graham; siblings, Jim (Malinda) Jablonski of La Porte, Indiana, Karen (Steve) Crabtree of La Porte, Indiana and Mark (Teresa) Jablonski of La Porte, Indiana; and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 3:00 pm at the Polish Falcons in LaPorte.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.
