Betty S. (Pugh) Mikowski

Betty S. Mikowski, 71 of La Porte, Indiana passed away Friday, June 19, 2026. She was born on October 25, 1954 in Peru, Indiana to the late Adrian B. and Trannie (Lindsey) Pugh.

Betty was a homemaker and had worked in nursing care years ago. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, St. Peter Church in La Porte.

On May 20, 1978 Betty married Thomas Mikowski who survives with their daughter, Elizabeth Mikowski of La Porte. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Jerry Pugh.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2026 at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2026 at Holy Family Parish, St. Peter Church, 1101 Michigan Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in La Porte.
