Alice (Mateycak) LaPage

Alice LaPage, 80, of Walkerton, Indiana passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018.

Alice was born on January 13, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Joseph and Lillian Mateycak.

On October 24, 1959, Alice married Ron LaPage who preceded her in death on January 1, 1992.

Alice worked at Hamilton Communities for 29 years.  She enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, walking, sewing, and cooking.

Alice leaves behind two daughters, JoAnn LaPage-Smith of Mishawaka, Indiana and Debra (Dale) Boyan of Walkerton; a son, Ron (Patty) LaPage Jr. of Westville, Indiana; four grandchildren, Shari Hastings, Jennifer LaPage, Dale Boyan Jr and Shane Smith; two great-grandchildren, Hayden and Jayden LaPage; two step grandchildren, Danielle and Ashley Boyan; and a brother, Kenneth Mateycak.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Mateycak.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, October 22, 2018 at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

Funeral services will immediately follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
