Taggart Max Phair, Born in Porter, Indiana

Taggart Max Phair has returned to our Heavenly Home on April 27, 2017.  He was so full of love that he came three weeks early on February 14, 2017.  He is the son of Matthew and Shannon Phair and brother of Ella, Aynslea, Thatcher, Adelaide and Celise. He is survived by his parents, siblings, grandparents, uncles, aunties, cousins and many friends. It is hard to imagine how someone so small could impact so many people.  He fought for 72 days and gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on earth. Taggart helped us remember what is really important.  He is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

We would like to thank so many, especially the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital for the love, compassion and support during this very difficult time.

The funeral services will take place at, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 503 Burlington Beach Rd. Valparaiso, Indiana on Tuesday May 2, 2017. Viewing at 5:00 PM, Service at 6:00 PM, with dinner following.

He will have a second funeral on May 6, 2017, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1122 Grand Avenue, Provo, Utah.  Funeral at 10:30 AM, graveside dedication and luncheon following.
