Marjorie F. (Frenier) Bishop

Marjorie F. Bishop, 94, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Friday, December 14, 2018.  She was born October 14, 1924 in Chicago to the late Jack and Ada (Anderson) Frenier.  On September 20, 1947, Marjorie married Robert B. Bishop who preceded her on January 5, 1996. 

Marjorie had been employed in the office of Allis Chalmers, the La Porte County Assessors office, and retired from Farm Bureau Insurance in the claims department. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. 

Marjorie leaves behind a daughter, Karen Noll of La Porte; grandchildren, Chris (Lisa) Noll, Matt (Jennifer) Noll, and Alana Valadez; and a great granddaughter, Kinsley Noll.  She was preceded by a daughter, Barbara Valadez.   

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana, where a funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Private burial will be in Pine Lake Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the La Porte County Animal Shelter, 2855 IN-2, La Porte, Indiana 46350.
