Margaret Helen (Haag) Cattron

Margaret Helen Cattron, 87, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017.  She was born April 12, 1930, in La Porte to Vincent and Mary Louise (Ueding) Haag.  She was a homemaker.  On June 4, 1949, Margaret married Royce Gene Cattron who survives with their children, John Cattron of Utica, New York, Theresa Bailey of La Porte, and Connie (Ken) Dickson of La Porte; grandchildren, Samantha (Jason) Parmley, Danielle (Jeremy) Case, Adam (Jennifer) Bailey; twelve great grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Minich and a brother, Vincent Haag. 

Margaret was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Kitchen Kin Club in La Porte. 

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, July 31, 2017, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana, where a parish rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in La Porte, with burial to follow in Patton Cemetery.  Family and friends may gather at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home prior to the Mass.
