Larrie Kay (Hartz) Richie

Larrie Kay Richie, 76, of Mill Creek, Indiana passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019.

Kay was born December 20, 1942 in La Porte, Indiana to Carl and Isabelle (Mosier) Hartz. She was a homemaker.

On July 20, 1968 Kay married Van Richie who survives. Kay is also survived by her children, Steve Hartz of La Porte, Susan Pigott of Indianapolis, Laura Bianco of La Porte, and Ryan (Diane) Richie of La Porte; grandchildren, Jake Pigott, Tyler Richie, Dustin Scherer, and Madelyn Richie; and a brother, John (Diane) Hartz of La Porte.  Kay was preceded by her parents; a brother, Jim Hartz; and a grandson, Blake Richie.  

Visitation will be 12 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, February 8, 2019 at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, with Pastor Bob Vale officiating.  Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Mill Creek, Indiana.
