Diane K. (Knoll) Young

Diane K. Young, 54, of LaPorte, Indiana passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017.

Diane was born October 6, 1963, in LaPorte, Indiana, to George Knoll and Geraldine (Zernick) Knoll.

On May 24, 1991 she married Richard Young, who survives.

Diane also is survived by two daughters, Brandi Young of Indianapolis, Indiana and Rebecca Young of LaPorte, Indiana; five sisters, Toni (Tom) Nelson, Linda (Mike) Arney, Sandra (Randy) Cusick, Nancy Ainsworth and Lorrie (Frank) Knoll Ryan. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Daniel and Roger Knoll.

Diane was the owner of Image Printers in LaPorte, Indiana, a member of the Polish Falcons Nest 564, and a member of Sacred Heart Church.  She was always caring for her extended family and she loved animals.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, LaPorte, Indiana 46350.  Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. following visitation at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Food Pantry or Sacred Heart Church, 130 Bach Street, LaPorte, Indiana 46350.
