| Use of Facilities for private viewing up to 30 minutes, within 36 hours of passing. 10-person limit. | $300 |

| Thumb or fingerprint | $10 |
| We offer a wide range of Urns, Keepsakes, and Jewelry that you may select for your Loved One’s Cremains | $25 + |
| Death Certificates in La Porte County are $10 for the first copy and $8 for additional copies. | |
| Must be paid in full at time of service. We accept Checks, Cash or Credit Card (4% fee added). We do not invoice Estates or accept Insurance Assignments for this service. |
