Aunt Jenny, Dave, Dan, and family, I'm so sorry for your heart breaking loss. I know this wonderful man was a great husband and father to you and he was like a second father to me for 70+ years. He will be greatly missed, but we are truly blessed to have had him in our lives for all these years and we are truly blessed to have such fond memories of all the good times we had with him. I was lucky enough to have a great dad myself and even more blessed through my friendship with Dave to have this second wonderful father figure in my life from early on. Mr. Reed was a special person who could balance strength with kindness and gentleness. Plus, what a wonderful sense of humor. We were all blessed by his presence.

I have known Dick most of my adult life. You could not find a nicer man than Dick. I really enjoyed my visits with Dick and Jennie. I will miss that wonderful smile. RIP Dick. My thoughts and prayers will continue for Jennie and the family.
