Marie E. (Whiteside) Wurster

Marie E. Wurster, 92 of La Porte, Indiana passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016. Marie was born October 8, 1923 in Willingham, Delaware to George and Marie (Ware) Whiteside.  She had been employed with American Rubber and Hilbish Drugs in La Porte, Indiana. 

On July 25, 1943 Marie married Donald F. Wurster who preceded her in death on May 3, 1987.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Elaine Jones in 2008 and a sister, Pat Niblette in 2015.  Marie leaves behind her daughters, Donna Barr of La Porte, Kathy Kniola of La Porte; sons, Robert (Marquetta) Wurster of Irmo, South Carolina, Thomas (Michele) Wurster of Osceola, Indiana; 16 grandchildren; and 36 great grandchildren. 

Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2016 at the Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, ESSLING CHAPEL, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana, where services will begin at 4 p.m.
