Ieshon Tubbs

Ieshon Armis Aza Tubbs, 36, of Novi, Michigan passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at La Porte Hospital.  Ieshon was born December 26, 1979 in La Porte, Indiana to Wanda (Tubbs) and John Ashford. 

Ieshon was employed with the Crittendon Construction Company.  He had played football while attending La Porte High School in the mid 1990’s. 

Ieshon leaves behind his wife, Nichole Tubbs of La Porte, Indiana; mother, Wanda Ashford of Novi, Michigan; maternal grandparents, Mae Cooper of Indianapolis, Indiana, John Branscomb of Washington, D.C., & Jessie Edwards of La Porte, Indiana; maternal great grandmother, Marian Webb of Sacramento, California;  children, Austin, Briana, Deiondre, Isaiah, Mariah, D’aysia, & Desiree; sisters, Ayana, La’Tonya, & Karina; a brother, Avin; aunts, Cynthia Smith, Deanna O’Brien, Tonya Taylor, Yolanda Ashford, Juanita Ashford, & Angel Ashford; uncles, Timothy Cooper, Terry Cooper, Joe Cooper, & Virgil Smith; and great aunts, Bobbie Luckett & Frances Smith. 

Visitation for Ieshon will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2016 at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, ESSLING CHAPEL, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.  

A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1 p.m. on Friday in the Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Pine Lake Cemetery in La Porte.
