Doris E. (Mulloy) Malstaff

Doris E. Malstaff, 82, of Union Mills entered into eternal peace Saturday, February 4, 2017.

She was born March 22, 1934, to William and Hazel (Hahn) Mulloy, both who preceded her in death.

Doris graduated from Hanna High School in 1952. She had been employed with Nelson shade, Production Credit Association, and most recently Wells Fargo Bank as an administrative assistant before retiring.  Doris was a member of the Hanna United Methodist Church, the pinochle club with friends, and was a talented artist.

On April 23, 1955, in Hanna, Doris married Warren Malstaff who preceded her in death on January 22, 2004.

Doris leaves many loving memories to be cherished by two daughters, Beth Amy (Dennis) Kellogg of La Porte, Indiana and Marla G. (Tom) Bolakowski of Hanna, Indiana; a son, Jay A. Malstaff of La Porte, Indiana; seven grandchildren, Nicholas and Alexander (Stephanie) Malstaff, Jenna (Dan) Layton, Neil (Kelsey) Bolakowski, Kurtis (Alexandra), Gregory, and Dana Coulter; eight great-grandchildren, Kasey, Taylor, and George Layton, Eli, Gabriel, and Elaina Malstaff, Matthew and Emma Coulter; and two sisters, Jeannie Heironimus of Noblesville, Indiana and Evelyn (Norman) Carpenter of Hanna, Indiana.

She is preceded in death by two brothers, Howard and Ray Mulloy.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2017, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at Hanna United Methodist Church, 101 W. Hopper Street, Hanna, Indiana, with Reverend Darren Williams officiating. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the funeral at the church.  Burial will follow in Union Mills Cemetery.
