Connie Lou (Aumsbaugh) Kramer

Connie Lou Kramer, 85, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017.  She was born August 25, 1932, in Kendallville, Indiana to Harold and Hazel (Iler) Aumsbaugh.  On May 31, 1952, in La Porte, Indiana Connie married Kenneth Leo Kramer, who preceded her in death on April 18, 2015.  She was a famers wife helping her husband with the family farm. 

Connie leaves behind her son, Bruce (Joan) Kramer of La Porte, Indiana, two grandsons, Corey (Amanda) Kramer and Adam (Abbie) Kramer; and great grandchildren, Mackenzie Ann Kramer, Leo Kenneth Kramer, Crew Michael Kramer, and Kellan Anderson Kramer. Sisters, Donna Cripe and Bonnie Johnson preceded her in death.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana, where a parish Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, September 29, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow in Carmel Cemetery. Family and friends may gather at 9 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Carmel cemetery. 

Memorial contributions may be made to Golden Living Center, 1900 Andrew Avenue, La Porte, Indiana 46350 or St. Joseph Catholic Church, 109 C Street, La Porte, Indiana 46350.
